The Property Council has released its election priorities ahead of Tasmanians get set to go to the polls.
As COVID stimulus and support measures are wound down the Property Council will be leading the public debate on:
- streamlining planning processes to drive growth
- removing the regulatory handbrake
- eliminate disproportionate property taxation
- population growth to drive economic activity
- transport infrastructure
