Coordinator General Announcement welcome newsThe Executive Director of the Tasmanian Division of the Property Council Brian Wightman today welcomed the appointment of the incoming Coordinator General Mr John Perry.”The appointment of John Perry as Tasmania’s first Coordinator General is warmly welcomed by the Tasmanian Division of the Property Council of Australia.As the foremost property industry advocate we look forward to working with Mr Perry to capitalise on investment opportunities,” Mr Wightman said.Division President, Tim Johnstone also acknowledged the appointment of the Coordinator General which took an extended period of time to eventuate.”Mr Perry’s appointment as Coordinator General is a significant opportunity for Tasmania to deliver a proactive and job-centred message for our State.”The Property Council will immediately initiate discussions with Mr Perry once he takes-up his appointment.
