Appointment of new Executive Director
The Property Council of Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Belinda Ngo as Executive Director, International and Capital Markets.
“Our international capital markets team is crucial to maintaining a strong flow of investment that fuels the property industry – and Belinda is perfectly placed to lead our work,” said Ken Morrison, Chief Executive of the Property Council of Australia.
“Foreign investment and our support of it as a source of job and wealth creation for Australia is a part of the Property Council’s DNA.
“This role plays a vital function in putting the vital case for foreign investment as well as seeking to make the Australian property sector an efficient and attractive place for investment.
“Belinda Ngo has been with the Property Council for over four years – having previously served as Deputy Executive Director, and more recently as our Director of Tax Policy.
“Belinda brings a wealth of experience to the role in executing our strategy, policy and advocacy, and worked extensively across the membership on critical issues from stapled structures to negative gearing, and MIT reforms.
“Her appointment ensures we can take the next step in servicing the needs of the industry and the market in improving the flow of capital that underpins our contribution to the economy.”
