  1. Registrations are for individual delegates only and cannot be split or shared between multiple people.
  2. Payment is required prior to the event.
  3. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to alter speaker/s or the program of events or cancel the event in its entirety.
  4. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises or from the virtual environment any person/s who it considers (in their sole and absolute discretion) is causing annoyance.
  5. Registration for events is accepted on the basis of these conditions.
  6. Refunds, replacement or compensation will not be offered to any person refused entry or removed from the premises or virtual environment.
  7. All other refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  8. The collection of individual registration details is so that we can register you and your colleagues for the event.
  9. The registration information will be stored in the Property Council’s database, in accordance with our Privacy Policy here, and may be used for future marketing of Property Council events and/or provided to event sponsors. If you do not wish your details to be made available to external parties, we ask that you notify us by a written via our Contact Us page.
  10. The Property Council often undertakes or facilitates photography and/or video at our events and conferences. These images and footage may be used in future promotions that include but are not limited to website, electronic direct mail, social media, marketing collateral, email, sales documents, sponsorship reports and other uses by Property Council of Australia.
  11. By registering to attend you give permission to Property Council of Australia to use any photos or recordings taken during the event for marketing or other purposes.

Cancellations must be requested in writing however no refunds will be given to cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the course. We are happy to accept a replacement at no additional cost.

In purchasing this product I agree to adhere to the conditions of use:

1. The client acknowledges that the Property Council’s Research products are a unique source of information which has a high commercial value.

2. The client acknowledges the Property Council holds sole copyright over the information. The client agrees not to disclose to any third party any product information without the prior consent of the Property Council and payment of appropriate charges where required.

3. Copying of data for purposes other than internal use is prohibited.

4. As a general principle, nothing in these conditions should prevent the client from quoting statistical data contained in the product, providing:

  • The Property Council of Australia is cited as the source of data
  • Any analysis or interpretation of data is not attributed to the Property Council
  • The terminology used is that defined by the Property Council for describing the data.

5. The client recognise that whilst every care is taken in the presentation of the Property Council’s research products, the Property Council (including its directors, servants and agents) will not accept any responsibility or liability to the client seeking to rely on any information, advice or opinion provided in the Property Council’s research products or otherwise given in any manner by the directors, servants, or agents of the Property Council for any loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by the client.
