The Property Council of Australia Limited (Property Council) membership fees are non-refundable.

Your category and level of membership and the appropriate fees is subject to approval by the Property Council based on the nature of your involvement in the property sector and your organisation’s size by asset value or employee numbers.

By completing this application form you agree that your organisation will comply with the provisions of the Constitution of the Property Council. You also agree that the information you provide about your operations is accurate for the purpose of membership fee calculation, and that you will inform the Property Council of any changes which may affect the category or level of your membership.

Member benefits are available when your membership invoice is paid. Membership is for a financial year commencing 1 July and expiring 30 June annually. Pro-rata membership fees are applicable if joining between October and June. Unless your membership is renewed and your renewal invoice is paid by 30 June, access to member benefits will cease after 30 June.

When your organisation becomes a member, the Property Council collects personal information of the individual named in this form to facilitate provision of its membership services or activities. The Property Council may publish member organisation names and logos publicly. If you do not provide all the information we request or need, we may not be able to process your organisation’s membership.

Information on each member organisation, their employees, and the persons named on this form is stored in the Property Council’s database and with your consent where required, may be used for future marketing of Property Council services and activities or our sponsors’ services. Individuals may remove themselves from our marketing lists by following the unsubscribe function in the message we send.
