Yes. Please book your flights, accomodation and travel accordingly.
It is completely up to you which airport you fly in to but we definitely recommend Haneda as it’s much closer to the hotel and CBD.
We start and end the tour in Tokyo so most delegates will get a return flight from here but our final night is in Osaka so delegates will take the bullet train back to Tokyo on the 23 March at their leisure (the final official part of the program is the dinner in Osaka on 22 March). For delegates wanting to visit places like Kyoto etc, this can be easily accessed from Osaka and delegates can choose to fly out from wherever works best for them.
Absolutely (and again it is up to delegates what time they take it on 23 March)
This is a work in progress, but we can share a draft next week if that’s helpful.
Once we have re-confirmed all the projects we will add it online and also include it in our EDMs.Â
6 nights, 3 in Tokyo (17, 18 and 19) and 3 in Osaka (20,21 & 22). We have slightly tweaked the program so delegates can fly in on Sunday 17 March and we will have casual networking drinks that night for all arrivals.
Confirmation of booking  A registration is not confirmed until full payment is made. A registration will be considered tentative pending receipt of full payment within seven (7) days.
Late registrations  Registrations made after Thursday 1 February 2024 may incur additional fees due to increased hotel rates.
Tour capacity  Property Council requires a minimum number of twenty (20) delegates for the International Study Tour to proceed. If minimum numbers are not achieved, Property Council has the right to cancel the tour…
We are eager to work with our members to deliver exceptional experiences for delegates, and also showcase your expertise, services, people, projects and hospitality in different locations across the globe. Contact Laura Prittie for more information on ways to get involved in the Study Tour.
