Stephen is the Managing Director of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in New South Wales, and a former member of the RLB Global Board and Oceania Executive Committee. He has extensive experience in cost planning and financial reporting related to construction projects and prides himself on attaining the best value for money while respecting the clients project goals and bringing their imagination to life.

Stephen’s flagship projects include the new Sydney Fish Markets, Barrack Place, 33 Alfred Street revitalisation, Chatswood Chase Redevelopment, Greenland Tower, Opera Residence and David Jones refurbishment.

Stephen has worked with the Property Council of Australia on numerous occasions during his four decades in the industry and is also a board member of Monte Sant Angelo College, North Sydney.
