Nicole brings more than 20 years’ of experience to the Property Industry having worked for Professional Service organisations and NFP’s. She brings a unique perspective of business dynamics, strategy, market positioning, industry partnerships, thought leadership, brand and technology innovation. She has an extensive knowledge across all sectors of the property industry

Nicole has specialist skill in the creation of People programs having initiated the Property Councils Victorian Mentor program that is now delivered nationally and the People in Property Awards Program.

Having recently taken up the Diversity and Inclusion Director role at the Property Council, Nicole is passionate about furthering diversity and inclusion in the property industry and in non-traditional areas for women.
