Across her career Melissa has held senior leadership positions at Chesterton International, Knight Frank Australia, Dexus Property Group and AMP Capital. Most recently she has held the position as Head of Asset Management at ARA/ESR Australia and is currently Director, Asset Management at Salta properties. She has predominantly worked on commercial office buildings in CBD, fringe, and suburban locations nationally. Melissa has strong experience dealing with a range of tenants including both federal and state government, semi government departments, education and major corporate occupiers. She also works across a diverse range of property functions including workplace strategy, building repositioning, capital expenditure planning and delivery, leasing and valuations.

At Salta Properties she is a member of Salta Senior Leadership team and leads the Facilities Management and Asset Management portfolios for Salta Properties, providing strategic leadership in the planning, development, maintenance, and operations of Salta owned and Joint Venture assets.

Ms Kidd has a Bachelor of Business Property majoring in valuations completed at RMIT. She is also a board member at Haileybury College and is chair of their property committee.
