Kristiana is a veteran in the Property & FM industry with 30 years experience in leadership roles. Having transitioned from full-term employment, Kris is currently consulting for GJK Facility Services as Corporate Ambassador and sits on their Advisory board . She was the Co-founder and Director of FMI, an award-winning technology company which she sold in early 2019 to PayApps, a leading global software platform for construction and building operations. Kris joined the board of PayApps at the time of the sale and has been involved in the recent sale of PayApps to Autodesk. Kris is a graduate of AICD and was appointed the first female Chair of FMA Australia in 2015, and was on the board until 2022. She was recently honoured with a prestigious Life Membership award for her contribution to the FM industry. Other current roles Kris holds are as Board director of Lighthouse Foundation, an Ambassador of Housing All Australians, a Director of TEN Women, and an Advisory Board member of PNO Insurance. Kris has also been a regular judge for the PCA Innovations & Excellence Awards and the People in Property Awards as well as a judge for the FMA New Zealand Awards.
