Kathy Jones works at the interface between industry, government and the community.  She sees Precincts as a perfect way to show how these relationships can work for the economic and social benefit of our State.  She currently holds a position as a Board member of the Metropolitan Memorial Parks Board and until recently was Chair of the Property Council’s Precincts Committee for four years.  She has worked extensively around the development of social infrastructure and education as a new asset class which can play a vital role in driving investment and change around precincts.

Kathy is the owner and director of Kathy Jones Advisory and through this vehicle provides strategic advice on precinct development and governance to the government and major developers, using her extensive network of contacts. She has advised on projects ranging from entertainment precincts to large scale residential and commercial developments.
