Heidi has taken the recent challenges that have been presented and turned them into opportunities for a new, exciting, and empathetic world of work. A passionate ambassador for the design industry, Heidi avidly contributes and mentors. She has a strong will to develop and nurture talent and is perpetually seeking opportunities to collaborate, share knowledge, advocate, and support. Heidi’s involvement in TEN Women is an ongoing commitment that is close to her heart. TEN Women is led by ten senior women in the property and construction industry with a mandate to connect and empower women. The purpose is to create a meaningful impact in the property industry, by offering advice, philanthropy and networking.
Heidi’s practiced leadership skills have developed her into an inspiring motivator and mentor. She has been an active mentor over many years within Gray Puksand and through the Property Council of Australia. This year, Heidi is thrilled to implement her robust experience as Nominated Chairperson of the Building Regulations Advisory Committee, an independent statutory body which provides advice to the Minister, and vice chairperson of the Future Trends and Innovation committee, a continuation of her long standing commitment to the industry.Â
