With over 43 years of experience in the commercial property industry, Greg has spent 40 of those years shaping the Canberra market. His career is marked by managing and negotiating some of the most significant leasing and sales transactions in the National Capital. Greg’s deep-rooted understanding of both the Commonwealth and ACT Governments’ operations, along with his intricate knowledge of the Canberra property landscape, underscores his industry expertise and leadership.

Greg’s comprehensive transactional experience spans office, retail, industrial, hotels, student accommodation, retirement, and residential based mixed-use developments. He has held influential positions as State Managing Director and at National Executive/Board Level at both JLL & Knight Frank and is currently the Principal & Managing Director of LJ Hooker Commercial Canberra.

Greg’s dedication to the industry is evident in his role as an honorary Life Member and Past President of the PCA ACT Division and by having served on its Division Council for 27 out of the last 31 years. Outside of his professional life, he is a dedicated sportsperson, having represented the ACT in the National Touch Football Championships over the past decade.
