Ellie Schwab is a property executive and non executive board member with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. Ellie has a passion for creating places where people love to work. She has a depth of background in property development gained in previous management roles with Lendlease on major precinct development projects in Melbourne, Sydney and London including Victoria Harbour in Melbourne’s Docklands, as well as in the retirement living business. Ellie also has depth of experience in asset management having managed Dexus’ $6.5b portfolio of premium and A-Grade office and mixed use assets in the Melbourne and Perth CBDs.

Ellie holds Bachelor Degrees in Arts and Law from Monash University and serves on the board of VincentCare Community Housing, a not for profit housing provider for people experiencing homelessness, family violence, alcohol and drug abuse.
