Grosvenor Place Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
This award recognises and promotes the positive contribution made by organisations that demonstrate a holistic and long-term commitment to diversity within the property industry in the past 12 months as at 31 December 2024.
The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only.

Evolve FM is a majority Indigenous-owned facilities management business that looks to engage other Indigenous-owned businesses to deliver the services we manage. For our major Government contract, over 50% (by value) is delivered by Indigenous businesses, against a target of 4%, leading to positive employment outcomes for Australia's first people.
