Alex has worked in property in Australia and New Zealand for twenty-five years and has navigated her way through some unusual and gruelling conditions.

Whether it is turning around under-performing businesses, designing and implementing new systems and technologies, restructuring departments or driving a billion dollar earthquake recovery, Alex has led hundreds of people and negotiated money, disputes and solutions in a wide range of settings and conditions. It helps that she has worked as a senior executive with wide portfolio experience including property and infrastructure, technology, healthcare, libraries, media, politics and tertiary education. This wide experience means her negotiation methods have been tested over time and work in a wide range of settings.

Alex started Fair Pay Negotiations to support women who feel their career has stalled to develop astute negotiation skills and the confidence to negotiate their pay and conditions and secure senior leadership roles.
