Taking us through the findings of the most recent Property Council Office Market Report results is James Phelan, CBRE’s Head of Office Leasing in WA. James will discuss future and existing trends that are influencing tenants’ leasing decisions and reveal key data points around office vacancy and net absorption in the Perth CBD and West Perth.
Following his keynote, James will be joined by Andy Collins, the Executive General Manager of Office at Dexus and is responsible for managing Dexus’s $22.4b office portfolio. While some major projects are being delivered in Perth, supply will remain constrained for the foreseeable future despite strong demand. James and Andy will unpack the broader Perth CBD and West Perth office markets and the decisions shaping our city’s skyline.
