The Property Congress
 
The Property Congress is the industry’s leading annual event, bringing together hundreds of established and emerging property leaders for three days filled with discussion, networking and learning.
 
The first day of The Property Congress includes an optional golf event, local site tours of incredible projects led by the people who brought them to life, and a series of masterclasses focused on specific industry sectors or emerging topics of interest.
 
The second and third days include a carefully crafted program of on-stage presentations with keynote speeches and panel discussions, which also provide an opportunity for delegates to engage and ask questions from the audience.
 
All this is complemented by a suite of curated networking events held in both the daytime and evenings across the entirety of the Congress program.
 
Every year The Property Congress moves to a new Australian location and attracts a line-up of world’s best speakers and property people.

Join us for a day on the green including a full day of networking, laughs and so much more. The Ambrose format allows for the seasoned pro, weekend warrior and inexperienced player to compete side by side in a team environment.
Alternatively, this year we are thrilled to be offering a golf clinic to learn from the pros with a lesson and lunch, without the commitment of 18 holes. Bring an industry peer or client to enjoy a great chance to network.

Enhancing Property Value Through Analytics and Optimisation

Building analytics tools play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency. However, Building Optimisation remains a misunderstood and underutilised concept in the industry. This session will aim to explain what “true” building optimisation is and provide an understand on clear strategies needed by the industry for improving building performance in this new era.
