Eastwood Private Hospital commenced construction in November 2023, with the six-story development including a six-theatre perioperative floor, a 51-bed ward, a multi-level car park, a café and retail area, as well as medical imaging and pathology services.

 

The hospital is estimated to generate $90 million in economic activity, reduced wait times for surgery and offer patients a broader array of healthcare choices, signifying a critical step towards enhancing healthcare services for the people of South Australia. The project is estimated to reach a peak workforce of 140 and is targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating.
