In 2025, she launched the Za Ocean Racing Women’s Program, a pioneering initiative designed to open doors for women in offshore sailing—creating pathways for confidence, capability, and leadership in a sport where women have long been underrepresented. The program’s all-female crew will take on the legendary Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, setting a new standard for inclusion on the global stage.
