Cathy McGuane will be taking part in our inaugural Townsville International Women’s Day event, that brings together industry colleagues to celebrate #IWD2025.
Industry leader Cathy McGuane will speak candidly with Stephen Motti as they explore her role as a woman in senior leadership positions for approximately 30 years, progress for women in property and she will provide insights into how the property sector can continue to strive to be an inclusive sector.
She is currently the Executive Manager Member Experience at TUH Health Fund and previously established the Queensland office of HESTA Super fund. Cathy was the previous Chair of Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (ASFA) Qld and a former board director of ASFA. She received an ASFA Award in recognition for her contribution to the superannuation industry in Queensland. She has been a QSuper board committee member of the Product, Services and Advice committee and is a Graduate of the AICD.
