The Property Council NT and Deicke Richards are joining forces to host a forward-thinking forum exploring the future of retirement living and Aged Care in the Northern Territory. With more retirees choosing to stay in the NT – and affordability making relocation less viable – there’s an urgent need to start shaping housing and lifestyle solutions that support ageing well in place.
Join us for an engaging 4 o’clock Forum that reimagines retirement living in the NT. Drawing on insights from Churchill Fellow Ingrid Marshall (Deicke Richards), who investigated innovative, house-like residential models across the UK and US, this event brings together Territory voices to explore how we can create connected, age-friendly communities in the North.
We’ll unpack the Territory’s growing demographic demand, shifting lifestyle expectations, and the policy, design, and workforce settings needed to support the next generation of retirees.
