This training course is designed to teach employees about conflict resolution and how to go about resolving conflict within the workplace. This course will explore what conflict is and how it arises, the different styles of conflict resolution, and a seven-step process that can be modified to resolve conflict of any size. It will also look at some additional tools to help avoid conflict, such as stress and anger management, and how to ask open questions.

- How to find common ground and strengthen your partnership
- The importance of forgiveness and moving forward
- How to create mutual gain options and multiple option solutions
- How to build a conflict resolution and post-resolution plan.

- This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with specific knowledge relating to the conflict resolution process.
Outcomes:
- On successful completion of this course employees will have the necessary information to be able to plan and implement conflict resolution in the workplace. Employees will also learn what some common reasons for conflict are, how to avoid conflict in the first place, how some forms of conflict can be useful, and how to find common ground in order to understand what both sides of the conflict want. They will also learn how to adapt the seven-step resolution process to help them resolve conflict inside and outside of the workplace.
