Brunswick & Co. is the first Build-to-Rent project part of the Queensland Government Build-to-Rent Pilot Project by Frasers Property globally. Brunswick & Co. will redefine the renting experience, with a luxury hotel type customer experience, world-class amenities and a focus on community development rising in the heart of Brisbane’s thriving Fortitude Valley precinct.
Designed by COX Architecture, construction is well underway at 210 Brunswick Street, which will feature 366 apartments across 25 levels upon completion. Three levels will be dedicated to resort style amenity that can only be described as more rock star than rental, including a Resident’s Club, rooftop urban oasis and dog park, coworking and fitness studios.

Following a presentation, attendees will be walking to the project’s construction site at 210 Brunswick Street where the event will conclude. Please arrive to RPS at least 10 minutes before the event commences.
PPE gear is mandatory – high vis vest, steel caps and hard hat.
Parking is limited so car sharing or public transport is recommended (Valley Metro train station is next door!)
