Addressing Victoria’s Industrial Future
Addressing Victoria’s Industrial Future
30 April 2025 @ 07:30 - 09:30 AEST
$155.00While demand for housing dominates the public discourse, demand for new industrial and employment land is equally at the forefront of policy developments and discussion.
The Victorian Government has recognised new industrial land as a key priority through strategies such as the 10-Year Greenfield Plan and the new Plan for Victoria. But how do all these policy pieces connect, how will the role of transport and infrastructure be considered to accommodate development, and how will the property industry be supported to unlock and activate development-ready land more efficiently in the future?
We’ll examine all these questions and more at our upcoming breakfast with leaders from government and industry, with a particular focus on State Significant Industrial Precincts which are set to facilitate the bulk of our major industrial development and are crucial for supporting freight, logistics, manufacturing investments and overall job creation.
