Luke is Head of Capital and Investor Solutions at Madigan Capital, where he is responsible for driving Madigan Capital’s domestic and offshore real estate funds management growth strategy. This includes product strategy development and capital raising from domestic and global investors across Madigan’s suite of funds.

Prior to his time at Madigan Capital, Luke has worked across a number of institutional real estate equity investment platforms over his 28 year plus career. This experience will give him good insight into the Capital Markets Forum ‘Debt’ panel discussion , particularly around where real estate debt investments should sit within a diversified portfolio, and whether the asset class is competing for real estate investment allocations.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business in Property from the University of South Australia and is a past member of the Property Council of Australia’s Capital Markets Committee.
