Cathy is a credit asset management specialist and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate finance, advisory, structuring, turnaround and capital market experience. ​​

She has completed an array of development and investment portfolio finance facilities, incorporating senior and structured credit and equity participations. ​​

Selected include: ​

• Asset management and progressive divestment of a $1.5bn portfolio of retail, office and residential assets ​​
• Pace: securitised 20-year triple net lease to fund the construction of a University research and teaching campus ​​
• Senior and mezzanine development finance facilities for office, retail, hotel and residential projects ​​
• AREIT investment finance facilities secured by portfolios of office and retail assets ​​
• AREIT Securitisation of retail, industrial and office portfolios and ​​
• Real estate advisory services to not-for-profits, corporates and governments. ​​

​Prior to joining MA Financial Group, Cathy provided real estate focussed advisory services at Archerfield Partners, managed portfolios of distressed credit exposures at HSBC and RBS. In previous roles she has provided real estate finance origination, structuring and advisory services at RBS, NAB and Bankers Trust Investment Bank.  ​​

She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from University of Sydney, an Associate Diploma of Finance and is a Chartered Accountant. ​
