As Head of Australia Alec is responsible for Oxford’s Australian business overseeing the management and execution of the real estate portfolio and investment activities.

Alec joined Oxford in 2018 at the inception of the Sydney office and played a key role in the group’s first major investment in the region, AUD$4.5BN office portfolio take private. Since then Alec has focused on the establishment of Oxford’s Australian business, executing in excess of AUD$10B gross transaction and development activity, maintaining the core office portfolio and executing new strategies notably in the BTR sector.

Prior to joining Oxford, Alec held roles in major Australian REITs and was more recently based in London working in real estate private equity focusing on global emerging markets.
