The session will explore how organisations can extend their diversity and inclusion efforts beyond their workforce and into the communities they serve. The focus will be on the ways in which organisations can make a broader societal impact.

Indigenous Inclusion in the Property Sector
This session will focus on how the property industry can foster Indigenous inclusion through reconciliation, cultural awareness, and meaningful community engagement. A Decade of Transformation: Celebrating the Property Champions of Change
This year marks 10 years since the Property Champions of Change strategy was established – a leadership strategy aimed at creating a more gender equal and inclusive industry and increasing the representation of women in leadership. In this session, current and former Members of the Property Champions of Change will reflect on progress made and the actions that have had greatest impact, as well as persistent challenges requiring sector-wide action.
