Home Built to Last: An Inclusive Property Industry

Inaugural half-day summit
Date and location to be announced
Over the past decade, the property industry has made great strides in encouraging a broader range of people to join its ranks. But lasting change can be difficult to achieve and sometimes hard to sustain.
Join the Property Council’s inaugural half-day summit: “Built to Last: An Inclusive Property Industry” to hear from industry leaders, emerging professionals and decision-makers. Key focus areas will be progress to date, how to navigate current barriers and challenges to that progress and what should be on our radar next.
Built to Last will focus on equipping individuals and organisations with the right tools to create and maintain an inclusive workplace and provide insights from renowned speakers with lived experience of some of the challenges still to be faced.
As a platform for dialogue and collaboration, this summit will provide a forum for Property Council members from across the country to foster growth, build alliances and champion a more inclusive industry.
Key focus areas:
- Leadership innovation: insights from acclaimed speakers and industry experts about thought leadership about diversity and inclusion and how to foster workplaces that empower individuals at all levels.
- Practical strategies for workplace progress: practical tools and strategies for strengthening workplace culture, fostering high-performance teams and addressing barriers that hinder collaboration and innovation.
- Building stronger networks: building opportunities for professionals from across the sector to come together, exchange ideas, discuss challenges and forge partnerships that drive meaningful change.
The summit will be followed by a cocktail reception celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the Property Champions of Change (PCC).
Enjoy a relaxed, engaging atmosphere to connect with likeminded professionals and industry pioneers while reflecting on the PCC’s impactful work in advancing leadership that values people and culture.
