We had the pleasure of hosting a site tour of the newly completed pilot project for Salta’s Build-to-rent band, Est. The development, Fitzroy & Co, is the first in Salta’s planned rollout of 4,000 BTR apartments, offer 94 premium rental apartments, over 1,000 sqm of lifestyle amenities, shared communal spaces, and a range of exclusive resident services, programs, and events. The careful attention to detail, with curated design elements in the communal spaces, such as furniture and art, creates a luxurious feel for this resident-focused, premium BTR project.
