The Victorian Office market Report event brought together 250 industry professionals at Melbourne’s Zinc at Federation Square, thanks to Charter Hall. We heard an informative keynote address from Annabel McFarlane (JLL) who presented the latest insights from the Office Market Report for Melbourne.
We then moved into a panel discussion where we heard from experts William Dungey (CBRE), Nick Poliansky (TE Capita Partners) and Andria Carniato (Charter Hall) with moderator, Matthew Kandelaars (Property Council of Australia). The panel discussed a range of topics including the current market trends, the impact of economic conditions on the office market, and the crucial role that government can play in shaping the future landscape.
