At this member briefing, we heard form Victorian Planning Authority CEO Stuart Moseley on the details of the Victorian Government’s recently released 10-Year Greenfield Plan.
Stuart covered a range of subjects including how to potentially deliver greater density in close to complete Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) areas, the impending rollout of staging provisions for new PSPs, the establishment of a new concierge service and the proposed benefits of integrating the VPA into the Department of Transport and Planning.
