With our new Social Infrastructure Committee commencing this year, the first of many Social Infrastructure events took place at the beautiful Wesley Place Precinct.
This event saw an insightful keynote presentation from Louise Cahill-Mulvogue (Australian Unity) followed by amazing panel Cr Shane Sali (Mayor of Greater Shepparton), Travis Butcher (Charter Hall Group) and Chris Brooks (Development Victoria), moderated by Eleanor Kwak (Johnson Winter Slattery). The expert panel discussed the emerging trends, challenges and investment opportunities across the growing sector and how the industry can work together to support the rising population with this continuously evolving asset class.
