Our Eds Sector Forum Breakfast brought together industry leaders to explore the infrastructure South Australia needs to support the next generation of learners.
With more than 18,000 additional school-aged children expected in the next two decades, and 670,000 more people projected in the Greater Adelaide region over 30 years, it’s clear that planning for education infrastructure is not just important, it’s urgent.
It was great to hear from The Hon Blair Boyer MP, Minister for Education, Training and Skills who delivered the keynote address. Thank you, Minister, for your generous time and effort to making the morning such a high calibre.
We followed with a panel discussion, and we extend a huge thank you to our expert speakers:
– Adrian Esplin, Sarah Constructions
– Adrian O’Dea, Deloitte
– Madeleine Steele, TSA Riley
– Diana (Rosenthal) Thompson, Architectus, who moderated the conversation so expertly.
We’d like to thank our Venue Partner for this event, The Advertiser, who hosted on their picturesque rooftop.
From early learning to tertiary education and beyond, delivering the right facilities in the right places is critical to unlocking South Australia’s economic and social potential.
Thanks to our members, partners and guests for a fantastic discussion over breakfast. Stay tuned as we continue this important conversation.
