Property Council SA kicked off its first event of the year, with its February edition of the Office Market Report.
The setting was ideal, as we were fortunate to occupy the new fit-out at 100 King William Street by Quintessential in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
We had a star-studded line up, with Jordon Tomopoulos (Adelaide Economic Development Agency) providing some insights into the Adelaide office and business landscape.
Sameer Chopra (CBRE) delivered a thought-provoking keynote address on the Adelaide office market data, as well as providing global insights and the broader macroeconomic outlook.
Sameer joined the ensuing panel discussion, which was masterfully moderated by Kimberley Gillan (Charter Hall) and featured:
