On Tuesday 25 June, Property Council SA along with other key industry bodies, joined the Premier the Hon Peter Malinauskas MP to present the “Housing Roadmap”, the government’s proposed pathway out of the housing crisis, to a room of nearly 1000 members and guests.
While there was significant focus on water investment to service the land allotments released by the government in the last year, we head announcements on fast tracking the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan, accelerated planning approvals, and establishing the Office of the Coordinator-General to facilitate critical infrastructure.
The SA Division of the Property Council were grateful to have been joined by Property Council Chief Executive Mike Zorbas and Group Executive Policy and Advocacy Matthew Kandelaars for this occasion.
