The buoyancy of Queensland’s office market was met with cautious optimism at August’s mid-year Office Market Report breakfast.
During the keynote presentation, Jennelle Wilson of Knight Frank highlighted the resilience of the Brisbane office market, which saw a reduction in vacancies from 12.9 per cent to 11.6 per cent over to the six months to July 2023, making Queensland one of only two states that had recorded a fall in office vacancies.
