The Hunter Outlook event in Newcastle brought together the region’s brightest property minds.
After a keynote from Roberta Ryan (Institute for Regional Futures) that covered economic indicators and confidence levels in the Hunter, we had the opportunity to hear from Malcolm McDonald (NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure), Sam Budden (TriState Land Sales Advisory), Chris Farrington (DOMA) and Krystal Mores (Homes in Place). The panel, led by Professor Ryan, engaged the audience with a wide-ranging chat on housing supply with a view to the future.
