At the ‘Breakfast with the Treasurer’ breakfast, we heard from Treasurer Jaclyn Symes on the need for further tax reform following the 2025 Victorian Budget. Following her address, Property Council CEO Mike Zorbas led a Q&A with the treasurer, with questions ranging across property, planning, investment and the viability of delivering medium-density and infill housing. We remain committed to maintaining an open dialogue with the government and continuing to advocate for tangible tax reform.
