The Property Developers Act 2024, especially Developer Licensing, significantly changed our sector’s regulations. It imposed heavy accountability on developers and raised concerns about stifling investment.
After the legislation passed, we awaited the final regulations and the imminent licensing scheme.
On 19 June, we gathered to understand the new regime and prepare for the challenges ahead. The event provided essential advice from various professionals for those in the property, building and construction sectors.
