A key plank of our 2015 NSW Election Policy Platform was that Government undertake a wholesale review of the Mine Subsidence Board’s role in approving Newcastle CBD developments.
The findings of that review, announced recently, directly mirror the policy solutions we have advocated for over ten years and will create the first level playing field for investors in Newcastle’s history.
Our attention is now focussed on assisting Subsidence Advisory NSW (SANSW) and the MSRF’s Steering Committee to ensure the NSW Government’s program objectives are met and that all funds are acquitted efficiently and effectively.
