RED TAPE REDUCTION AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL

  • September 07, 2017

The Property Council has continued its support for driving economic development through the reduction of red tape in a submission on the State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (Red Tape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2014.

The Bill aims to reduce red tape and close unintended loopholes within a number of Acts.

Critically for the property industry these include the:

  • Economic Development Act 2012
  • Environmental Protection Act 1994
  • Land Title Act 1994
  •  Sustainable Planning Act 2009

The submission can be found at the PDF link below.
