The Property Council of Australia has responded to the City of Vincent’s call for a second round of submissions to Amendment No. 40 To Town Planning Scheme No. 1 – Multiple Dwellings (Apartments) in Mount Hawthorn as they seek to extend the Mount Hawthorn apartment prohibition zone to include the area bounded by Scarborough Beach Road, Oxford Street, Anzac Road and Loftus Street.
