The introduction of a ‘dual model’ claim regime which grants extended timeframes for large or complex claims.
The extension to the timeframes within which a respondent must provide adjudication responses.
The amendment to the definition of ‘business days’ to exclude the 3 business days before Christmas until the 10 business days after New Year’s Day to reflect the industry shutdown.
