This award recognises individuals new to the industry who demonstrate an aptitude and desire to develop their property career with forward-thinking efforts, bringing new ideas or practices that makes the industry better, and have already made a mark in their organisation and industry. The winner of this award will be 35 years or younger.

Career profile – (30% weighting/Limit 800 words)Â
Outline the entrant’s career goals and their outstanding commitment to the property industry and community. Include details such as:Â
- Employment history

- Internal business contributions and contributions to the industry (eg. Committee / board appointments)
- Achievement of business and personal goalsÂ
- Career challenges
- Why they chose property as a career choice.
- Vision for their future of the industry
Industry contribution – (50% weighting/Limit 800 words)
Address how the entrant has made a significant contribution to the property industry.Â
List a strategy / innovation / project the entrant has been directly involved with which has shaped NSW’s property industry. Describe how the nominee contributed to or managed the following elements of the project:
- InnovationÂ
- Individual/team contributionsÂ
- Challenges faced and how they were resolvedÂ
- Knowledge sharing via testimonials, press articles, Â awards and certificates
