This award is to recognise a respected individual who has embodied the vision of the Property Council to support prosperity, jobs and strong communities.

This individual is a role model who has left a positive impact on the people they have worked with, and the communities they have served. The recipient of this award will have created a legacy to support future generations that will be remembered for years to come.

Criteria

Note that all criteria outlined below must be answered as part of the nomination, and points will be deducted for any criteria not directly addressed.

Legacy Overview – (Limit 800 words) – 50% weighting

• Who are you nominating and briefly describe their career background?
• Describe this individual’s positive legacy
• What impact has this individual had on you and/or others?
• Why do you believe this individual deserves this award?

Alignment Property Council vision – (Limit 800 words) – 50% weighting

Describe how the applicant’s legacy has supported prosperity, jobs, and strong communities.

Please note nominations MUST be submitted by COB Friday 6th June 2025. 

All nominations will go through a strict judging process prior to finalists and winners being selected.

If a sufficient number of applications is not received for any award category, the Property Council reserves the right not to proceed to awarding a winner.
