Non-digital products may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition accompanied by the invoice in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase when the returned product is received. If the wrong product was mistakenly delivered to you, the correct product will be resent to you.
All digital products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do not offer change of mind refund for all digital products. The purchaser is responsible for the choice of all digital product purchases.
