COVID 19 plunged the globe into unprecedented times. This series of interviews with some of the property industry’s leaders discuss the new normal, effects on the real estate industry, how teams are handling the situation and what the future may hold.

The Landlord & Occupiers module is made up of a series of videos (x minutes in total) and discusses:
  • How the relationship between Landlords and Occupiers has changed and how will it continue in the future.
  • Has an event like COVID19 been needed to correct market forces?
  • The view of REITs vs. Private Investors, is it different?
  • Large Occupiers vs. small Mums and Dads businesses is the attitude going to be different?
  • What occupiers will survive in office, logistics and shopping centres

Refund Policy

Non-digital products may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition accompanied by the invoice in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase when the returned product is received. If the wrong product was mistakenly delivered to you, the correct product will be resent to you.
All digital products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do not offer change of mind refund for all digital products. The purchaser is responsible for the choice of all digital product purchases.
