COVID 19 plunged the globe into unprecedented times. This series of interviews with some of the property industry’s leaders discuss the new normal, effects on the real estate industry, how teams are handling the situation and what the future may hold.

The Commercial Real Estate and REITs module is made up of a series of videos (23 minutes in total) and discusses:
  • The effect of heavy redemptions on REITs
  • Where money and investments are moving into.
  • REITs over the next two years than five years
  • The repositioning of listed and wholesale vehicles
  • The effect of COVID on institutional investors vs. Private (Mum and Dad) investors
  • The leaders’ views on the importance of Innovation and Technology in the future

Refund Policy

Non-digital products may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition accompanied by the invoice in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase when the returned product is received. If the wrong product was mistakenly delivered to you, the correct product will be resent to you.
All digital products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do not offer change of mind refund for all digital products. The purchaser is responsible for the choice of all digital product purchases.
